To get your device serviced bring it into our store and one of our certified Apple technicians will be ready to perform diagnostics on your HomePod and make sure you get the help you need. We provide service options on your HomePod both in-warranty and out-of-warranty.

In-Warranty Service
Is your HomePod still in warranty? We offer warranty repairs on all HomePod models. This includes the HomePod and HomePod Mini.

Out-Of-Warranty Service
We offer out-of-warranty repairs on your HomePod models, we offer replacement HomePod for physically damaged, liquid damaged and failure out-of-warranty. This includes the new HomePod Mini.

Genuine Parts
We only use genuine Apple parts and precision equipment to ensure your device works like new after it has been repaired. As an Apple Authorised Service Provider, we're able to provide a repair and service that doesn't void your Apple Warranty.
